Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do I need a reservation to visit the lounge?
A: Reservations are recommended to guarantee your spot, especially on weekends or during special events. Walk-ins are welcome if space allows!

Q: How much does it cost to visit?
A: We offer 1-hour, 2-hour, and full-day passes! Prices and booking options are available on our reservations page.

Q: Why do I have to pay an entry fee?

A: The entry fee helps cover the everyday care of our cats, including food, litter, cleaning, enrichment, etc.

Your admission allows you to relax, play, and cuddle with the cats while helping us continue caring for them. If you are visiting specifically to meet cats you’re interested in adopting, you do not need to pay the entry fee!

Q: Can I adopt a cat from the lounge?
A: Yes! All of our cats are adoptable through our partner shelters. Please click the link under the designated shelter to start the adoption process.

Q: Are kids allowed in the lounge?
A: Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times. For everyone’s safety, we ask that visitors respect the cats’ space and energy.

Q: Can I bring my own cat?
A: No — for the comfort and safety of our resident cats, outside animals are not permitted.

Q: Do the cats ever get adopted?
A: Yes! Our goal is to help every cat find their forever home. Follow us on Facebook to see adoption updates and happy endings!

Q: Do you serve food or drinks?
A: We do not have a full cafe setup, just a small selection of bottled drinks and prepackaged snacks.

Q: Can I host a private event at the lounge?
A: Absolutely! We offer private bookings for birthdays and other special occasions. Standard pricing can be found here. Contact us for details and booking.

Q: How can I support the lounge if I can’t adopt?
A: You can support us by visiting the lounge, attending events, donating supplies, or buying merch! Every bit helps care for our cats.

Q: Do you intake cats?

A: No, we do not directly intake cats. We partner with local shelters and rescues to house adoptable cats at the lounge. For surrender options, please contact a local shelter or rescue. Rescue partners may reach out to us through our website.

Q: Where are you located?
A: We’re located in Sevierville, Tennessee! Visit our Contact page for directions.
